Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best possible service for all my clients, I kindly request that any rescheduling of appointments be communicated to me at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled meeting time. This allows me to accommodate other clients and manage my schedule effectively. Please note the following: Rescheduling Notice: Clients must inform me of their need to reschedule at least 2 hours before the appointment. Approval for Future Appointments: Failure to provide the required notice may result in the need for prior approval for any future appointments. Rescheduling Fee: If clients do not reschedule at least 2 hours before the appointment, a $25 fee will be applied. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping me provide timely and efficient service to everyone.
